Purchasing with us
Go through our shop and click "Buy now" on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping basket. We have choosen the PayPal solution for secured payments. Any delivery charge will be indicated to you before you make payment. If at any time you wish to see what is in your shopping basket click on the "view basket" button. If once you have placed an order you wish to cancel it you should notify us immediately in writing by e-mail, post or fax at the address below.

Shipping And Handling
Because we know that getting your goods to you safely and on time is of paramount importance, when shipped, you will, that day, be informed. For deliveries we use well-known parcel delivery services depending on the weight and value. All deliveries are insured against loss. If they do not arrive or are damaged on arrival you should notify us within 3 days. You should notify us within 7 days of placing your order if you have not received your order and we have not advised you of any delay. Please be aware that we will not issue a loss claim before 15 working days from despatch. You should notify us immediately upon receipt if the goods are damaged.

Delivery Timing
We aim wherever possible to ship on the same day you place your order (depending on the time of the day you make your purchase). Orders placed over a weekend will be shipped on the Monday after. Orders placed too late to be shipped that day will be shipped the next day. In the event that we are unable to fulfil your order within 3 working days we will endeavour to contact you by e-mail. All shipments outside Europe are despatched by tracked services. Depending on your location these should take between 3 and 15 days. Many overseas postal services will allow online tracking using the tracking number we give you in the notification email. Otherwise tracking may only be available to the point exit from Europe. Goods shipped by carrier are traceable through our Europe carrier service.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If you choose to leave your order on back order we will notify you as soon as it is despatched. If then you do not receive the goods as expected you should notify us immediately.

Tax Charges
Orders made will include French 19,6% VAT where appropriate. If you are an organisation that is exempt from VAT then please contact us directly and we will arrange to invoice you accordingly.

Guarantee
All products are supplied with a one year guarantee against fault. Proof of purchase will be required. In the event of an apparent fault in warranty you should in the first place contact our support department below. If we are then unable to resolve the fault the goods or relevant part thereof should be returned to us at the address below in order that we can ascertain any fault. Occasionally, we may ask you to return the product directly to our suppliers in order to expedite the resolution. Subject to such a fault we will either repair, replace or refund as appropriate. Where a fault is found the cost of simple return postage will be refunded. Any refunds will be made within 30 days. Before returning goods you must contact us and obtain a return number. Processing goods returned without a return number may be delayed or even rejected. Postage or Carriage due returns will be refused. Please do not bring unsoliscited returns to our shop. Especially at weekends the staff may not have access to our returns system neither may they have the detailed technical skills to help resolve your problem.

Returns Policy
All of our business is conducted under French law. If you have any complaints about our products or service please contact us in writing with full details by email, post or fax at the below address. Your complaint will be responded to within 3 working days and you will be kept informed of its progress and outcome at all times.

In submitting your details to Imex Promotion, you expressly consent to Imex Promotion's holding and storing these details in a secure database and in a manner consistent with the principles set out above and purposes detailed below. Imex Promotion will not divulge, share or otherwise make use of your details in any other manner or for any other purpose other than contacting you. Should Imex Promotion wish to post any endorsement or comment submitted by any individual to this website, then Imex Promotion will first seek the permission from that person.

Your rights
Should you no longer wish Imex Promotion to store your details or receive information from Imex Promotion, then you may inform Imex Promotion accordingly and upon receipt of a written request (whether via postal service or e-mail imexpromotion@orange.fr), Imex Promotion will destroy all your details from its databases and refrain from further contact. Imex Promotion can only remove details or other personal data if it receives proper instruction so to do.
